Designed for Thursday mahjong groups who love classic red-and-green Christmas warmth without sacrificing across-the-table readability. We UV-print this 152-tile American Mahjong set onto solid, single-piece pearlescent white acrylic so every tile has a shimmering pearl swirl on the back and crisp, squint-free holiday icons on the face.

Squint-free across a 36-inch table (Open-Play friendly): Keeps traditional crimson and forest-green suit contrast with bold Arabic corner numerals (1 to 9), plain-English Wind signposts (NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST), and explicitly labeled CRAK (Red), BAM (Green), and SOAP (White) dragons so nobody has to lean in or guess through progressive lenses during the Charleston.
Solid one-piece pearl acrylic, 0.43 in thick (zero delamination & zero paint chipping): Unlike two-tone laminated tiles where glued backs can pop off during shuffling, each tile (1.38 × 0.98 × 0.43 in, about 1⅜ × 1 × 7/16 in) is cut from a single solid block of pearlescent acrylic with smooth rounded edges, flawless un-pitted backs, and multi-pass UV-cured ink that never peels or rubs off.
Complete 152-tile NMJL count + interchangeable Flowers: Includes 36 Dots, 36 Bams, 36 Craks, 16 Winds, 12 Dragons, 8 matching Santa & Reindeer Holiday Jokers, and 8 Potted Holly & Berry Flower tiles (all 8 Flowers are 100% interchangeable for American NMJL play—no confusing seat numbers).
Smart Tiles-Only Collector Upgrade in a cushioned foam box: If you already own 18 to 20 inch racks and a mat you love, you do not need to pay $425+ for a bundle with duplicate plastic racks. Your order includes all 152 tiles and a printed 4-Player Quick-Reference Suit Guide Card packed inside a cushioned protective storage box with fitted foam slots. A carrying bag/tote, racks, pushers, table mat, and the annual NMJL card are not included (available as add-ons).
2–4 day studio preparation & Free Tracked Express Air: Prepared and inspected by hand in our studio within 2 to 4 days, then shipped via Free Tracked Express Air to the US (5 to 8 days transit, with zero customs duties or hidden fees on delivery) and backed by our 30-Day Safe-Arrival Tile Replacement Promise.

Anyone can post a 3D computer render. Every SOLMAY Holiday Edition (Santa and Reindeer Christmas American Mahjong Set) is UV-printed to order on solid pearlescent white acrylic, 1.38 × 0.98 × 0.43 in per tile. Every clip below is the actual Santa & Reindeer set, filmed in our studio.

Clip 1 · In-Hand Scale

Santa Joker, Owl 1-Bam & EAST Wind in Hand

Three real tiles held in daylight so you can judge the scale: each one is 1.38 in tall and 0.98 in wide, about as wide as a US quarter. Corner numbers and labels stay crisp and easy to read.

One Solid Piece, 0.43 in Thick

We turn a gift-box Dot edge-on so you can see the solid pearl acrylic all the way through: no glued two-tone back to pop off. The UV-cured artwork sits on the face and will not rub off during a fast wash between games.

The pearl swirl on the tile faces and that little antlered 1-Bam owl!
Just unboxed my set on our living room throw to inspect every suit before Thursday's game and I am blown away. You can actually see the subtle mother-of-pearl shimmer right in the white acrylic face, not just on the backs. My favorite tile is the 1-Bam red owl wearing reindeer antlers, and the SOUTH snowy wooden signpost is so crisp. The red gift box Dots and green and red Bams pop right off the tile with zero glare.

SOLMAY GIFTS: Thank you so much for sharing your photo, Evelyn! The 1-Bam reindeer owl is a studio favorite too. Wishing your Thursday group a wonderful holiday season around the table! - SOLMAY Studio

Zero squinting across the table — even with progressive lenses
Several ladies in our Tuesday afternoon league wear progressive lenses and struggle with overly busy holiday sets where all the colors blend together. Not with these! The bold corner numbers on the 4-Dot gift box, 7-Bam, and 9-Crak bell tiles are super easy to read from across the mat, and the pink winter berry planter Flower tile is darling. Solid, substantial feel with smooth rounded edges.

True one-piece solid pearl acrylic — no glued backs to pop off!
I flipped one of the tiles face-down on the right side of my photo so other players can see the back: these are cut from a single solid block of pearlescent white acrylic with smooth rounded bevels—not those two-layer laminated tiles that split or delaminate after a few months of shuffling. Look how cute the Santa, Reindeer, Stocking, and Christmas Tree JOKER tiles are lined up together!
Dianne K. Verified buyer
SOLMAY GIFTS: We appreciate you showing the solid pearl-white tile back alongside the Jokers, Dianne! One-piece 11mm pearlescent acrylic makes all the difference in both sound and longevity during the Charleston. - SOLMAY Studio

The 8 Holiday Jokers and interchangeable Flower pots are perfection
Laid out the Jokers and Flowers to show my mahjong group chat and everyone immediately asked for the link! You get Santa, the antlered Reindeer, the Christmas Stocking, the Christmas Tree, and the Golden Holly Bells clearly stamped JOKER in bold red and green lettering. Also love that the potted Christmas tree and winter berry Flower tiles don't have fussy seat numbers, so all 8 Flowers are 100% interchangeable for NMJL card play.

That crisp mahjong 'clack' when shuffling is so satisfying
Nothing beats the sound and weight of these tiles when you mix them in the center of the table. At 35mm tall and 11mm thick, they have a wonderful substantial feel in the hand without cramping your fingers during the Charleston, and the UV printing is completely smooth and deeply cured so nothing catches or scratches when tiles slide over each other.

CRAK and BAM printed right on the Reindeer Dragons + Poinsettia Soap!
My biggest pet peeve with themed mahjong sets is when nobody at the table can remember which custom icon is which Dragon. Having CRAK (in red) and BAM (in green) printed right under the reindeer—plus the gorgeous poinsettia wreath frame as our White Dragon (Soap)—meant zero confusion from game one. They stack 4-high in a wall without wobbling at all!
Joanne L. Verified buyer
SOLMAY GIFTS: That was our #1 goal when designing the Dragons for this edition, Joanne! No one should have to pause a great hand to ask which Dragon is which. Thank you for the wonderful photo! - SOLMAY Studio

Evenly milled and stacks like a dream (smart tiles-only upgrade!)
I already have two sets of 19-inch wooden racks and a neoprene table mat I love, so I didn't want to spend $425+ on another bulky bag-and-rack bundle just to get a Christmas set. Buying the 152 tiles solo in the fitted foam storage box was such a smart upgrade. As you can see in my wall test, every single tile is precision-milled and sits completely flush.

Built a full 9-column wall to show off the holiday colors — worth every penny!
Stacked up a full 36-tile wall right out of the foam box because the colors made me smile so much! The traditional crimson red, forest green, and icy winter blue look so festive together without feeling cluttered. Everything arrived in 6 days via express air in a sturdy cushioned box with the 4-player Suit Reference Card tucked inside.

Crisp UV printing and classic Christmas colors that never get old
Close-up of the 1-Bam owls, 5-Dot dark green present with the red bow, and the SOUTH wooden trail signs. The UV ink registration is razor-sharp—even the tiny snowflakes on the gift boxes and the wood grain on the wind signposts are crystal clear. Our neighborhood group has already claimed this set for every game between Thanksgiving and New Year's!

Gorgeous on our kitchen island and fits 18-inch racks perfectly
Snapped a quick picture on my white counter before packing them to take to my sister's house. The Santa Joker and candy-cane Christmas tree pot are adorable, and notice how clearly the 8-Crak (in green) and 9-Crak (in blue and red with golden bells) stand apart from the 7-Bam and 5-Dot gift box. They fit our 18-inch acrylic racks with room to spare.

Hosted our early Holiday Mahj & Mimosas brunch with this set!
We couldn't wait until December to break these out! Hosted our monthly Mahj & Mimosas brunch this week and put the included 4-Player Suit Reference Card out for the first round—honestly nobody even needed it after the first Charleston because the gift-box Dots, bamboo Bams, and bell Craks are so intuitive. Several girls ordered the Merry Mahj-Mas line readers after seeing mine!

Fast tracked air shipping and zero customs hassle
Ordered this set along with the ceramic mahjong ornaments for my daughter-in-law. It shipped out within 3 days of ordering and arrived at my door in Texas in a little under a week with no extra customs fees or surprises. The cushioned foam storage box keeps all 152 tiles snug and organized on the shelf. Five stars all around!

Classic red and green Christmas tiles our entire Thursday group could read!
I loved the tiles! Everything is UV-printed right onto the solid pearlescent acrylic (no stickers or glued backs) and the wrapped gift Dots, bamboo Bams, and golden bell Craks are so easy to read across the table. Having CRAK and BAM printed right on the reindeer dragons plus the Suit Reference Card made our first game effortless.

Beautiful holiday upgrade set and packed securely in thick foam
Arrived well before I thought it would, packed securely in the cushioned foam box, and my sister and sister-in-laws are already planning our Christmas week games around this Santa & Reindeer set. Since we already own racks and a mat, buying the 152 tiles solo saved us a bundle. Highly recommend this shop!

Gifted this for my daughter-in-law — now I want my own set!
I ordered the Santa & Reindeer set as a Christmas gift after seeing the Nutcracker edition my friend has. Same gorgeous one-piece pearl-white acrylic tile construction, same crystal-clear corner numbers across a 36-inch table — just with a totally different holiday vibe (classic red and green instead of pastel). The cushioned foam box arrived without a single tile shifted out of place. I'm already eyeing a second set for myself.

First SOLMAY set — definitely not my last!
I browsed the entire SOLMAY collection before choosing the Santa & Reindeer because I wanted something we could bring out every December. The pearlescent white backing on the tiles shimmers under our chandelier during our Tuesday ladies' night and every suit is incredibly readable, even for my friend who wears progressives. The 4-Player Suit Reference Card in the box sealed the deal — we haven't needed it after game one but it's a thoughtful touch.

I was a little nervous ordering an international studio item before the holiday season but the tracking arrived within an hour of placing my order and the set was at my door in Colorado in six days via express air. No customs fees, no issues. The tiles are packed so neatly in the foam tray — every Wind, Dragon, Flower, and Joker has its own slot.

NMJL card-compatible Jokers are a true joy to collect
I collect themed mahjong sets and Santa & Reindeer is now my absolute holiday favorite. Eight matching Joker tiles is the correct count for NMJL play and each one features a different Christmas icon (Santa, Reindeer, Stocking, Tree, Bells). Everything is UV-printed on the solid tile face — zero stickers or decals to peel. The tiles feel substantial in your hands during the Charleston.

Bought after seeing the Purple Christmas version — Santa & Reindeer is even better!
A friend in our Mahj group has the Purple Christmas and when I looked at this Santa & Reindeer edition I immediately fell for the classic red/green palette. Same solid pearl acrylic construction (you can feel the weight and quality the moment you open the box). The foam storage box is so well thought-out — perfect for tossing in your closet between Thanksgiving and New Year's.

The Vintage Circus edition led me here — Santa & Reindeer is a keeper
I've been eyeing the Vintage Circus edition for months but knew our Thursday group would love the classic Santa & Reindeer more. Ordered it when the holiday season sale went live and had it in my hands before I even expected a shipping notification. The tiles are a wonderful weight — not too heavy, not too light — and the sound during the wall build is deeply satisfying.

Even better quality than the studio photos show
Usually product images are better than reality, but these tiles actually look even richer in person than the studio photos suggest. The pearlescent shimmer on the tile backs catches light in a way that's hard to photograph. We've been using these with our standard 18-inch wooden racks and they seat perfectly. The snowy EAST, SOUTH, WEST, NORTH signpost Wind tiles are so charming at the table.

Gifted two sets — the ocean set for me and Santa & Reindeer for my sister
I love the Ocean Coral Sea Turtle set so much I bought Santa & Reindeer for my sister who hosts the family Christmas game. Same precise tile cutting, same smooth rounded edges, same clear NMJL-friendly Joker layout. She called me the moment it arrived to say it's the most beautiful holiday themed Mahjong set she's ever owned. The labeled CRAK/BAM/SOAP Dragons were a revelation for her beginner friends.

Smart tiles-only purchase saved me $130+ over a bundle
I already own Pink Christmas American Mahjong racks and a neoprene mat I love, so paying for another bag and rack bundle made zero sense. Buying the 152 Santa & Reindeer tiles solo in the foam box saved me well over a hundred dollars compared to a full bundle elsewhere. The tiles fit my existing 18-inch racks perfectly and now I can swap themes by season without duplicating equipment.

The UV-cured ink doesn't chip — even after months of use
I bought the Autumn Bakery edition last year and the tiles still look brand new after a full season of play. The UV ink is cured so deeply it doesn't chip or scratch even with the tile shuffling sound I love. So when I wanted a Christmas set I came straight back to SOLMAY for the Santa & Reindeer. Beautiful, sturdy, and absolutely lovely to play with.

Bought as a club raffle prize — won by our most enthusiastic player!
Our NMJL club held our annual fall raffle and I donated this set as the grand prize. The winner (who's been playing for 35 years!) said the tile readability is the best she's ever seen in a holiday themed set. The labeled Wind signposts and labeled Dragons mean even guests who are new to NMJL rules can follow along without a cheat sheet.

Pop Art collector here — Santa & Reindeer is my holiday switch
I use the Pop Art set all year round and switch to Santa & Reindeer every November through January. Both sets are the same excellent pearl-white solid acrylic tile format from SOLMAY — consistent weight, consistent feel, consistent click. The holiday Jokers and Christmas suit icons on the Santa edition bring such a festive warmth to the table that guests always comment on.

Smooth backs with zero pitting — the tile quality test that matters
I always flip a mahjong tile over before buying. Pitted or rough backs scratch the table and snag the Charleston mat. Every single SOLMAY tile I've examined (including the Retro Pin-Up Diner set my niece ordered) has a perfectly smooth, flawlessly finished back. The Santa & Reindeer backs have a beautiful soft pearl shimmer and slide across our felt mat with zero resistance.

The Oriental Crane set got me hooked — now I'm a SOLMAY collector!
My first SOLMAY set was the Oriental Crane Dragon edition. Now I'm on set three (Santa & Reindeer for Christmas, Oriental for regular play, and the Gingham Pumpkin for Halloween). Same construction quality across every single set — solid 11mm pearl acrylic, clean UV printing, and a foam box that keeps tiles organized between seasons. You can't go wrong with any SOLMAY edition.

Great craftsmanship, packaged well for shipping
Great craftsmanship, as described, and excellent communication! I love these pieces. The 35mm tile size is so comfortable to shuffle during the Charleston and fits our standard racks. Packaged well for shipping.

I loved the tiles! Huge hit with our Mahjong group
I loved the tiles! Bought this for our holiday Mahjong party and nobody had to squint once because the corner numbers and Red/Green/Soap labels are super clear. The snow globe Soap dragon is darling.

The image print is very clear and well packaged
Really nice. The image print is very clear, well packaged, and looks exactly like it shows. We paired it with the ceramic Mahjong ornaments as hostess gifts for our Tuesday afternoon league.
